Manufacturer Supply Food Grade Additive Xylanase Enzyme Powder
Products Description
Xylanase is a group of enzymes that can degrade the most important antioxidant xylanase in feed, it also can improve feed digestibility and increase the dosage of non-conventional feed materials wheat, bran, rice bran, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal in feed.
Derived from the fermentation of a selected Non-GMO strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum, this product is characterized by its high levels of cellulase and pectinase.
Enzymatic Properties
The pH optimum is 5.0 with a stability range of 4.0 to 7.0. The optimum temperature is 55ºC with a stability range of 45ºC to 55ºC.
Activity
The potency is defined as 100 units when 1 mg of reducing sugar equivalent to xylose is produced in 1 mL under the conditions of the assay. The acceptance criteria for all enzyme assays is: NLT 85.0% and NMT 115.0% of the declared units of enzyme activity.*
FUNCTIONS AND BENEFITS
- Xylanase can be effectively degraded in plant feed to eliminate its anti-nutrition effect, reduce chyme viscosity and improve nutrient utilization rate of feed;
- Promote internal digestive enzyme secretion, improve nutrient digestion absorption rate;
- Degradation produces xylo-oligosaccharides, promotes the proliferation of intestinal beneficial bacteria, inhibits the growth of anaerobic microorganisms, and improves immunity.
